This patient presented with a Gummy smile. When she smiled her upper lip lifted too high(1st photo).
To address this issue a REVERSE VESTIBULOPLASTY was performed.
Excess gum tissue was removed and sutured back in a NEW position(2nd photo)Now, when she smiles the lip doesn’t rise too high (3rd photo)giving her the smile she wanted.
