Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about. Be kind. If you see someone who is struggling, encourage him/her to seek help.

PT Day of Service for APT was this past Sat. Oct. 17. Employees of APT volunteered their time to help out in the Manna Meal Garden. It was a beautiful day!! Thank you, Jean Simpson, for allowing us to be there and putting us to work. 😉

Happy New Year! All the best in 2021!
Happy New Year's Eve Eve! This is the time of year when people start thinking about a change in their life and specifically their health. If this year has been a downer for you, I highly encourage you to start with something that is "doable" every day. You don't need fancy equipment, just open the door and start moving. The hardest part is opening the door.... seriously. Once you get out the door, you will want to walk and breathe fresh air and it will lift your spirits more than you know. Check out the many benefits of simply walking. But as we tell our patients, try not to "lollagag" - walk like you mean it. :) Put on some tunes or listen to a book or podcast. Or grab a friend, it will be well worth the effort. Cheers to a healthier you! 🏃♂️
