Saturdays 6 am to 6 pm
Sundays 6 am to 6 pm
Thursdays 6 pm to 6 am.
You will receive a 20% pay differential for overnights.
Training will be 3- 4 weeks from 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Dispatchers are responsible for the following but not limited to:
Answer all incoming calls to main line including service calls and the receptionist line.
Answer general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Receive and dispatch work orders and service calls for technicians service calls in order of receiving.
Answer and dispatch all calls during shift. Average calls per day is 100.
Dispatch all service calls to appropriate technicians.
Record all service calls into Microsoft Dynamics to maintain records.
Maintain confidentiality in all aspect of staff and company information.
Assist and update maintenance of the department files & web files.
Control and record access to the gate during after hours.
Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing and filing.
Good time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Work well in a team environment and individually with minimal supervision.
On time for each shift assigned.
