The woman who initially took down my information was very pleasant and reassuring (since I wasn't able to be at my home when the installation was to take place). The gentleman who came out for the estimate quoted a figure and said that if any wood needed to be replaced it would be a bit extra, and he was very specific in terms of how that cost is figured....it turns out that the wood wasn't needed and the final price was exactly as quoted. The quality of workmanship is great.If this sounds as though they were "too good to be true", it's because they are too good to be true. Everyone that I dealt with was pleasant, helpful, willing to explain and answer any question that I had. Believe me, this company is one in a million!"
