Have a great and safe holiday weekend
from the team at Advanced Skin Center to you and your family.
The staff of Advanced Skin Center are making and taking donations of children's masks or money to make more children's masks. The masks will be distributed to the local grade schools and junior high schools.
We as a group want the kids whose parents may not have the means to make sure their child has a cool, comfortable mask to be able to have access to them.
We will start NOW and should be able to have plenty to deliver to all of the schools by the time school starts!
If you would like to make children's masks and drop them off at Advanced Skin Center it would be greatly appreciated.
If your not crafty and would like to donate $$ to be given to a seamstress that can make children's masks that would also be appreciated, donations will be received at the reception area of Advanced Skin Center.
We at Advanced Skin Center want our patients to know that we are here for your medical needs through the Coronavirus crisis. We are taking extreme precautions to provide you with a safe environment for your healthcare needs. We offer you to wait in your car after signing in to assure we are all at a safe distance, we will call your cell phone when we are able to take you into the exam room.
The one thing we ask is that you call to cancel your appointment if you are unable to make it and that if you are experiencing any sickness that you reschedule your appointment. Our goal is to provide care for our patients in a safe manner. Call our office to schedule your appointment. 541-672-7546.
Dear Patients,
Your health and safety is very important to us.
Please note that we are taking every measure to reduce viral transmission in our offices including rescheduling anyone who has had symptoms, recent contact with a positive COVID-19 patient, or recently traveled to a designated hot spot location.
We are also disinfecting all surfaces after each patient, separating patients in exam and waiting rooms, and decreasing waiting room times.
The use of hand sanitizer, frequent hand washing, and wearing masks during procedures has also been implemented.
For those of you who have MEDICARE and are wishing to take advantage of our at-home telemedicine services, please ask for our scheduling manager Amanda.
This is an unprecedented time, but we will get through this together.
Please let us know if you have any questions at all.
Sincerely,
Advanced Skin Center

BCCs can look like open sores, red patches, pink growths, shiny bumps, scars or growths with slightly elevated, rolled edges and/or a central indentation. At times, BCCs may ooze, crust, itch or bleed. The lesions commonly arise in sun-exposed areas of the body.
⚠️Since not all BCCs have the same appearance, these photos serve as a general reference to what they can look like. If you develop a spot that raises suspicion, schedule an appointment with your dermatologist.
