Welcome to the office of Advanced Spine & Muscle Therapy Center, providing Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.), Physical Therapy, Spinal Decompression Therapy, and Chiropractic services. Advanced Spine and Muscle Therapy is the official office of Dr. Doug Catoggio, the clinical director and a provider.
The office mission is to help our patients achieve their health goals and physical achievements through the latest hands on therapy techniques available. We focus on correcting the causes of pain, muscle injury, nerve disorders, and spinal related conditions. Our goals are to get you going, not keep you coming!

Our Facility uses Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.) as its his primary mode of treatment. This ground breaking therapy is different than any form of Physical Therapy, Massage, or Chiropractic technique. It has often succeeded when other forms of treatment have failed. Many patients seek the care of our facilty due to the use of this technique, and our years of experience providing it. Conditions that form from overuse, repetitive strain, trauma, and sports all respond favorable to Active release Techniques (A.R.T.).

Besides Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.), the office offers a wide variety of other treatment options so that each case is treated differently. Chiropractic Services including light touch care and specialized tables. Spinal Decompression Traction Therapy, for lumbar and cervical disc related conditions. Other separate on site treatments available include Physical Therapy, Medical Trigger Point Therapy, and Massage Therapy. Offering a wide variety of health services gives our patients a chance to achieve more positive results.
