NEVER underestimate the power of making customer experience, and customer service, your #1 focus... Our team trains CONSTANTLY, and by that I mean 2-3x per week on average. While a good portion of that is on the technical expertise related to each department, we've also focused on customer experience. Training on: empathy, communication, listening skills, being genuine and authentic, taking initiative, problem solving, etc. Not just for the office staff or customer service representatives. It’s allowed us to locally transform the perception of our industry, change the way our competition goes to market, gain national attention, and create a really fun and engaging work environment. Why is choosing the right contractor the biggest factor for any project? Because of these things right here! Some of these things are what they are TRAINED to do... by "industry leaders" at large conferences. It's ridiculous. I don't even know how many times my clients have told me what it was like to work with some of our compeition. Don't get me wrong, there are other good HVAC contractors out there, but for every great contractor there are 10 bad ones. Our mission is to truly change our industry for the better! To inspire other businesses in completely unrelated industries to step up their game. Most of the things we discussed in the video have more to do with dishonesty, bad manners, etc. but if that's what's happening out in the open what are they willing to do when no one is looking? October total for our Wildfire relief donations - $23,600! Thank you to everyone who chose to work with us last month. Our total for September and October, with a partial match from Daikin and Thermal Supply, is $43,150. This is a significant amount of money and is sure to make an impact for people who were effected by the recent wildfires. We will continue to raise money through the rest of the year. With all of your help we can do more together!
Bobby's Best of the Worst episode 14 I had to ask Bobby about this one. When he showed me the picture of what was inside that furnace my first thought was "What is that?!" I actually thought maybe pine needles some how, or something along those lines. NOPE lol ... and then what was in the unit on the roof top was just super unexpected.
Look what Bobby found today... 2 different furnaces. 2 different locations. The pic on the left has a birds nest inside the gas furnace. It was operational until recently. We got called out because it finally stopped working. Go figure. What’s the fix for this? ... ... . . . . . . . MAINTENANCE! Yep that’s right, you guessed it 😉

4 months ago Salem/Keizer (and surrounding areas) turned into a post-apocalyptic world due to the raging fires that surrounded us. So many families lost their homes, and some lost loved ones. We let everyone know that we wanted to help by donating a portion of every sale to help those families rebuild. Each customer who chose Advantage, and a partial match from Daikin and Thermal, helped us raise $64,150 over the last 3 1/2 months. We’re very proud of this accomplishment, and hope you are too. An individual can help. Corporate entities, small business, government programs, and charities do their part - But we can always do more TOGETHER! Thank you everyone who partnered with us, and also to those who will choose us in the future. We will always do what we can to change atmospheres and help build a better community. A very special thanks to the firefighters, first responders, and volunteers who fought in the trenches during that time.
We decided to do something a little extra for the holidays this year... We secretly held a drawing.
