**Florida COVID Eviction and Foreclosure update**

On Tuesday June 30th at 8:10 PM, Governor Ron Desantis issued Executive Order 10-159, extending a stay on foreclosure and nonpayment of rent eviction actions through 12:01 am on August 1st, 2020, just under four hours before the order was set to expire.

In honor of those who serve our country, Courthouses and Government Offices in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach Counties will be closed today. Courier deliveries and document/records retrieval requests will not be able to be completed until Thursday, November 12th.
Our process servers may continue to serve your requests today; however, we are respecting our process servers who have served our country and are participating in other activities today.
