The way we handle customers is very different than the way others have from what I have seen being in the industry. This was part of the reason I started my own business.
A customer was pregnant and the painter that she originally hired didn’t show up for the job, She needed her house painted as soon as possible, and even though we were booked during the week, we still managed to complete it by working long hours over the weekend. I make sure my employees have everything that they need for the day then I go out to measure jobs and talk to customers. And I like going back to the previous jobs just to make sure they were done professionally.
