Sometimes a simple adjustment can change the way people perceive you. In this case, this beautiful 55 year old woman had very low inner eyebrows, which gave her a stern appearance. While this could be managed three times a year with Botox, I performed an endoscopic brow lift on her to give her a long-term result. I chose to preferentially lift the inner eyebrows, through minimal access incisions behind the hairline. Notice how there is no change in her hairline or forehead height, and no visible hairline scars. She is a very happy person and her eyes now show it.
This is a 57 year old woman who wanted to have her face look more refreshed, and look her best for her daughter's upcoming wedding. Dr. Agarwal noted that she had significant heaviness of her eyebrows and drooping of the cheek area. Today was the last day that Emma, our high school senior intern, spent with us this summer. We wish her all the best as she studies to become a surgeon. She is truly gifted, bright, and compassionate. She will no doubt be an amazing medical professional and we will miss her.
1 year post-op rhinoplasty results! This a 63 year old woman who had a crooked nose all her life with a prominent hump, that reminded her of her father's nose. She wanted to have a more feminine nose for her face so I performed a #rhinoplasty to straighten her nose, remove the hump, lift and refine the tip, and reduce the width of her nostrils. This is a 53 year old woman who asked me to help her look her best. She had asymmetry of her upper eyelids with a droopy left upper eyelid, descent of cheek fat pads with loss of her youthful jawline contour, and age related changes around the eyes. I performed an endoscopic #midface lift, upper and lower #eyelidsurgery with repair of droopy left upper eyelid, #fattransfer to tear troughs and her outer eyebrows, and fractional CO2 laser resurfacing of wrinkles around her eyes and mouth.

It’s hard to believe that this woman is 53 years old. She takes excellent care of herself but she was starting to see some age related changes along the jawline and neck. I performed an UpliftTM lower face and neck lift with platysmaplasty to refine this area 6 months ago. This lovely 63-year-old woman felt that she looked tired. She had prior upper eyelid surgery elsewhere, but it never really resolved the issue. I lifted her eyebrows and cheeks with endoscopic surgery, removed a small amount of skin from her upper eyelids and performed fractional CO2 laser resurfacing under her eyes. This is all without any neurotoxin, filler or fat transfer. Notice how she looks happier and brighter post-operatively, reflecting how she feels on the inside.

Long term results (16 months in this case) are especially important when it comes to revision rhinoplasty. This is a 62 year old woman who originally underwent #rhinoplasty 42 years ago. Since then, she noticed that the nose became progressively more crooked and the tip drooped down over time. I performed an external #revisionrhinoplasty using her own septal cartilage grafts to lift the tip, improve the profile, correct the crookedness and improve tip projection and definition. Almost 2 years after a neck lift...
This is a 71 year old woman who originally underwent facelift and neck lift surgery 10 years prior to seeing me. She was never happy with the significant muscle and skin bunching that developed subsequently. This is a 28 year old woman who had a crooked, droopy nose and a genetically heavy neck. I performed a complex external rhinoplasty with cartilage grafts to straighten her nose, lift her tip and refine the bridge, giving her a more feminine contour. I also performed a deep neck lift through 3 minimal access incisions, one under the chin and one behind each earlobe. Submental subplatysmal fat was removed and lipocontouring performed along the jawline and under the chin. I think she has the nose and neck line best suited for her facial proportions. She is ecstatic with her results!
Contouring the jawline can involve many components. Lifting the jowls, placing a prejowl chin implant, and buccal fat reduction were used to treat this 66 year old gentleman’s genetically short neck, deficient chin projection, and heavy jowls.
At 8 months post-op, I think his jawline and neck match his youthful upper face. There is no alteration in his hairline and notice how he still looks masculine and refreshed.
