When dealing with Hyperlipidemia, please be aware once being diagnosed, you will need to change your eating habits—reducing foods with fat, limit eating red meat and dairy products high in fat. Limit your intake of fry food and cooking with healthy oils. Try not to use vegetable oil.
Eat more fruits, veggies, whole grains, poultry, fish, and nuts. A fiber diet will help with Hyperlipidemia. Try to stay away from sugary foods and beverages.
Along with eating to bring down Hyperlipidemia, it is best to have a moderate to intense exercise. Please make your exercise an aerobic workout.
