Dr. Altiner completed his bachelor's degree at Columbia University and his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, followed by an internship in internal medicine and residency training in dermatology at NYU. In addition to his private practice, Dr. Altiner is also an assistant clinical professor of dermatology at Weill Cornell Medical College and maintains hospital affiliations with Mount Sinai School of Medicine and The Brooklyn Hospital Center, where twice he received the Teacher of the Year Award.
