Air Comfort Complete is a small, locally owned commercial/residential HVAC company. We are searching for an Administrative Assistant. This is a full time position, Monday - Friday with weekends off. Responsibilities:
A/P, A/R, Process Payroll and other bookkeeping duties.
Answer phone calls and dispatch calls to service technicians. Communicate with customers and provide detailed messages.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and jobs.
Following up on correspondence with customers and vendors.
Misc. jobs including running to bank, misc errands and Checking emails.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
3-5 years of relevant experience in administrative, bookkeeping or clerical role. Must be fluent with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office software programs.
Excellent organizational, communication skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
Exceptional written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
Must be self driven, with strong desire to always be learning, changing and growing.
Strong attention to detail
Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
Reliable personal transportation is required for daily office related errands (clean driving record required) and can pass a background check.
Hours and Pay
Monday - Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm
Full-time position - 40 hours per week

• Hold a universal EPA License
• Must be willing to run on-call emergency services. Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays.
• Strong understanding of wiring and wire schematics.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration and refrigeration equipment.
• Must have the tools to perform the expected work.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must be willing to attend any company provided training opportunities.
• Must be well organized, self-motivated.
• Must be able to work unsupervised.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relations.
• Experience in servicing and installing: (ALL MANUFACTURERS)
o Ice machines
o Walk in coolers and freezers
o Reach in coolers and freezers
o Commercial and residential HVAC systems
Must be self driven, with strong desire to always be learning, changing and growing.
