Air Comfort custom designed and fabricated 160 ton, Class 1 Division 2 Marine rated DX system. The air handling unit houses all of the controls and has a UV lighting system to improve air quality. This project will be headed to a marine offshore oil drilling rig. Air Comfort used 316L stainless steel to withstand the harsh conditions of the Gulf of Mexico. Made and assembled in the USA, Downtown Beaumont, Texas.

🎨This project involved replacing two automatic air bleeders. The existing ones were leaking. We replaced the leaking air bleeders, cleaned rusted components, dried all affected areas, painted rusted surfaces, resealed and painted the insulation jacket. The customer was surprised that we painted and resealed rust and insulation.
