"We needed significant upgrades to replacement of our two aged heating and air conditioning systems in our home, as well as an alternative to an energy-inefficient/antiquated heat pump for our master bedroom suite addition. HVAC technician James assessed and diagnosed the multiple issues, and offered a palette of options to make our current systems safe and operational and still stay within budget, or to proceed to new equipment replacement piecemeal or in toto. No high-pressure sales pitch. Owner Anthony Johnson personally assessed our needs and addressed our questions within a few days, and then promptly provided multiple estimates given the complexity of our situation. Again, no high-pressure sales pitch. Ultimately we chose to replace one of two furnaces, both air conditioning coils, both outdoor compressor units, and install a new "mini-split" system for our master suite addition. A significant investment to say the least, but we couldn't be more pleased with the products installed and service provided by this company. The installation team (Brandon and Austin) were punctual, personable, courteous, considerate, efficient, and unobtrusive. They always explained the plan for the day, what they were doing, sought input from us to be sure we were "on the same page", and reviewed the progress at the end of each day (4.5 days of work!), the next day's plan, and always inquired of us whether we were satisfied with the work to date. We couldn't be happier with the products and work done by this company. Will definitely use their services again."

I was very impressed with the service we received for our hot water heater. I was able to call on a weekend and actually talk to someone and leave a message and was promptly called Monday morning to set up an appointment. The technician Thad was great and had no trouble fixing the issues that day. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I definitely recommend A Johnson.
