Personal injury law firm is seeking a pre-litigation case manager. Job duties include contact and communications with clients and insurance adjusters, handling a case from sign up to demand. Helping clients with property damage, scheduling medical treatment, obtaining medical records and collision reports, negotiating settlements and medical liens. Customer service and maintaining contact with clients. No prior experience necessary, customer service background is helpful.
