Congratulations to Rapid City civic and business leader Al Cornella for receiving Air Force Distinguished Public Service Award - the highest award given to non-Department of Defense civilians! Col. Gentry Boswell, 28th Bomb Wing commander, presented him with the award at a special event March 16. Al garnered the award for advocating for the Air Force, connecting regional and professional communities to the service, and bolstering a better understanding of the Air Force.
