Beginning tomorrow (Wednesday, January 6th, 2021) at 7am, the Alamance County Health Department will begin vaccinating individuals 75 and older. Appointments are NOT being given.
The location is the Career and Technical Education Center located at 2550 Buckingham Road, Burlington, NC 27217. You will drive through a series of tents to register and be screened. In the last tent, you will be given the first dose of either the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine. They are administering both depending on availability, and you likely will not have a choice on which one you receive. You will then wait 15 minutes in the parking lot to insure you are safe to leave. They will be open from 7am to 4pm.
