RapidSMS is a new interactive text message system being introduced by Rapid Response Monitoring, our central station monitoring service. RapidSMS is a great new feature that our customers will be offered to help with the user experience. This will help to lower the number of false alarms and unneeded dispatches, along with raising the amount of successful connections with listed emergency contacts!

We would like to take a moment to thank first responders on First Responder Appreciation Day. There are over 25,300,000 first responders in the US. We are lucky enough to call quite a few first responders our coworkers.
Today we honor firefighters, police officers, rescue squad personnel, EMTs, and many others who keep us safe. #FirstRespondersDay
A little Backflow Tech appreciation... whether you know it or not, backflow preventers are extremely important to ensuring clean water. They prevent the reverse flow of liquid, gases, and suspended solids from contaminating our plumbing systems while allowing buildings to be equipped with fire suppression systems like sprinklers.
Our tech's are ASSE certified and ready to inspect backflow preventers. If your backflow prevent is in a pit, don't worry, our techs are also confined space trained to follow OSHA's guidelines.

Today we held contactless fire extinguisher inspections on site for a local client. Due to Covid-19, we were unable to go inside to preform our annual inspections. That did not stop us from helping our customers! They brought their fire extinguishers to our mobile inspection site outdoors in their parking lot and socially distanced.
