What I love about family medicine is working with families over a lifespan: welcoming new members to the family when a baby is born, being part of the village as children grow, and partnering with patients and families to meet the unique health needs that arise as patients grow older.
I believe in practicing medicine based on the best available science and evidence, but also believe strongly in the natural ability of the body to heal when given the right balance of food, sleep, and mental rest.
I see my role as being a source of information, a space for conversation, and a companion on each patient's journey towards health.
