Precipitation will likely begin as a short mix with rain but then transition to heavy snow. This will last for a few hours within the time windows annotated. Some of this wet snow will likely melt on treated roads at first, but the rates are likely to be enough to overcome that. The impacts will persist after the times annotated thanks to gusty winds resulting in blowing snow and falling temperatures. There will also be continuing light snow falling.
