A message to our Customers:
At Alert Alarm Systems Plus, inc. Our number one priority is the Safety, health, and welfare of our Technicians and our Customers. We have been continuously monitoring information surrounding coronavirus (COVID-19) including closely monitoring bulletins and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local and state health officials. We want to assure you of the precautions we take every day to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and that we are staying up-to-date on information and protocols surrounding COVID-19. At all times, we adhere to the highest level of precautions and protocols in our practice to prevent the spread of infection, including COVID-19.
Be assured that your Security System will continue to be monitored for Police, Fire or Medical response and not be interrupted.
We have begun to limit Service calls to emergency and urgent needs and have started to reschedule non-emergency Service calls out of precaution to our Technicians. We will continue to be at the office to answer any emergency or essential issues with your Security and Surveillance Systems.
As your Security Company, the health of our customers and technicians will also be our focus. This is a new and unique situation for all of us and we will continue to take every precaution to prevent further spread of the COVID-19 virus.
