- Exceptional client service skills
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and decision making skills
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform large work volumes with a high degree of accuracy
- PC proficiency, including MS office. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus!
- Exceptional personal character, including strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to assist other at all times
