Alexander Kasatkin MD PC
Board-certified cardiologist Alexander Kasatkin, MD, PC, brings more than 20 years of medical expertise to his self-titled practice in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, serving men and women throughout Bergen County.
Dr. Kasatkin completed his residency in internal medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. He subsequently completed a fellowship in cardiology, also at Albert Einstein College of Medicine Beth Israel Medical Center.
Dr. Kasatkin is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, and nuclear cardiology. He also holds a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) license.
As a cardiologist, Dr. Kasatkin regularly works with patients to diagnose and treat a variety of common heart-related health problems, including atrial fibrillation, chest pain, high cholesterol, and hypertension. He also offers preventive and diagnostic screening measures, including echocardiograms, Holter monitoring, stress testing, and vascular ultrasounds. What’s more, patients can have most of these tests done on the practice’s premises.
Dr. Kasatkin makes an effort to get to know all of his patients. He’s caring and attentive, speaks English and Russian fluently, and sets aside plenty of time for each appointment so no one feels rushed.
