Alexander Roberts, MD, a Greenville, N.C. native, earned his bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of California - Davis and his medical degree from Chicago Medical School's Rosalind Franklin University. He completed an internal medicine internship at Allegheny General Hospital and his residency training in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Vidant Medical Center (formally Pitt County Memorial Hospital) with East Carolina University's Brody School of Medicine. Dr. Roberts is a member of the Association of Academic Physiatrists and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking, motorcycle riding, whitewater rafting, racquetball and hiking.
