Here is a copy of our (updated) Floor Care Sheet that we try to give to each of our customers. Please feel free to read it over, share it, print it, or even save it for future reference while caring for your hardwood floors. Please notice the very important warning at the bottom about steam mops. Thank you.

“Floor of the Week”
Here’s a floor with some pretty bad sun fading, pet wear, pet water bowl drips; as well as a lot of water from a swimming pool over the years. This one cleaned up nicely.
“Floor of the Week”
This was an existing Red Oak floor that was never finished and an absolute mess; even we thought the floors might be too far gone, but boy were we wrong. Check out this beauty of a floor!
This house is the Moltrup Mansion in Beaver Falls. We had the pleasure of redoing the floors on the first and second floor. What a grand ol’ house!

“Floor of the Week”
Red Oak; existing floor with some questionable areas. Sanded beautifully and stained up even better.
“Floor of the Week”
Baird Brothers 4” Hickory, pre-stained and pre-finished. All the same floor; just different lighting.
“Floor of the Week”
New install; Character Grade White Oak, finished Natural.
“Floor of the Week”
3 inch Baird Brothers Clear Hickory, unfinished. We installed, sanded, and finished this floor, Natural. What a gorgeous floor!
“Floor of the Week”
This floor was a 3-1/4 x 3/4 Red Oak floor prefinished. It was scratched up, really faded, and had quite a bit of water damage. We were able to bring it back to its original glory. The one photo of the final product is on the last day as the last coat was being applied; that’s why it looks wet because it is actually still wet.
“Floor of the Week”
Older Oak floor sanded and stained. Hidden beauty.
“Floor of the Week”
We did this floor a year ago and the customer had a set of sliding doors and a back entrance added to their house. We were asked to patch it up the best that we could without resanding the whole room. It turned out pretty nice.
“Floor of the Week”
These floors were trashed. We even told our customer that we didn’t have very high hopes for this one. We explained that it may be better to cover them, but we would give it a shot. Man, were we wrong. We were even amazed how well they turned out. They are not perfect, but what a transformation!
“Floor of the Week”
This floor is a mix of old and new wood. The homeowners renovated and saved all the old hardwood they could salvage. They then mixed it in as they installed the new floors. The homeowners did a great job getting it down and it turned out great. We sanded, stained, and finished it for them.
We couldn’t resist! lol

Sometimes hardwood doesn’t need a lot to make it’s beauty come out. This is a 1 inch wide refinished Oak upstairs, Oak steps with a Maple first floor. The wet look on the Maple is because we had just applied the last coat. This house will be listed with Berkshire Hathaway in Beaver on February 1st. It is on Park Place.
