Alford Home Solutions, a regional leader in the home repair and Pest industries, is seeking to hire a personable and detail orientated Wood Destroying Insect Inspector to join its Pest Control Team.
In this role you will inspect homes and other structures for signs and symptoms of damaging Wood Destroying Insects.
Essential Job Functions:
- Visit customers’ home or business for pre-scheduled appointments.
-Complete multiple stops in one day.
-Builds rapport and demonstrates expertise in assigned area of focus.
-Assesses structures for evidence of Wood Destroying Insects. Completes all necessary documentation to support findings. Offers suggestions for treatment options when needed.
-Communicates findings from inspections to real estate professionals and homeowners.
-Develops relationships with real estate professionals by attending seminars and educational meetings.
Skills and Qualifications:
-Great communication and interpersonal skill
-Experience in Pest Control preferred
-General math skills
-Experience with common power tools, functions and use
- Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
-Valid driver’s license
-Desire to learn and excel in the Pest Control Industry
