Ali Pakravan, MD, graduated from medical school in 1995 at the top of his class with full ride scholarship. He is board certified by the Royal College, which has been one of Europe's most prestigious colleges for over a century. He is also board certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology in the United States.
Dr. Ali Pakravan trained in internal medicine and gastroenterology at St. Louis University Hospital. He was awarded the outstanding scholar year award for his outstanding clinical and academic achievements at the VA hospital in 2009 and was also awarded IBD fellowship in Rochester Mayo clinic by CCFA.
He is currently on staff at the JFK Medical Center and Palms West Hospital involved in the training of internal medicine residents of University of Miami.
