Due to the ongoing Coronavirus threat, we will be closing at 6 PM rather than 8 PM each day until further notice. Sunday hours will remain the same. It is our goal for our customers to remain as safe as possible throughout this crisis, while still being able to obtain everything needed to care for your aquariums. At this time, we are also suspending aquarium/pond servicing until further notice. This is a decision we do not want to make, but it is in the best interest of not only our staff, but our clients as well. We will reach out to each account holder to work out a plan moving forward for your servicing needs. We know that a few of you have upcoming installations planned with us and want to ensure you that we will continue to work with you to complete these installations in a timely manner. Delays can and likely will happen with our supply chain in the coming days and weeks, but we remain dedicated to providing our customers with the same level of customer support that you know us for! WE WILL RESUME NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS ON MONDAY 3/1/21. There will be a few days here and there moving forward that we will need to close or reduce hours in order to go to doctor visits. I will post these dates and times here in advance to try to provide as much notice as possible.

π¨ UPDATE ON DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS π¨
As many of you have seen, we have been closed due to an ongoing family medical emergency since Saturday Feb 20th, 2021. I want to be clear that this is NOT related to Covid-19 or any of the variant strains associated with it. My father was admitted into the hospital on Saturday and is undergoing some much needed life saving procedures. As Iβm sure anyone can understand, my family is always going to take priority over anything else. It is very difficult to manage all of the information and phone calls from his doctors as well as communicate everything with the rest of my family while taking care of in store customers to the standard that Iβd like. This is why I made the very difficult decision to close our shop until further notice.
π¨ WITH THAT SAID: π¨
Yes, all of our fish, inverts, and other aquatic systems are doing fine and are being cared for very well. I am able to come to the store as needed in order to perform the necessary maintenance. In the event that anyone is in the area and sees me in the store (open sign will be ON if I am), i certainly do not mind taking care of your needs and will try to give you the best service possible. I only ask that we make visits brief (10 minutes or so) so that I can remain able to answer the doctorβs phone calls and updates pertaining to my fatherβs medical care. I will be making more posts in the next couple days with a more concrete schedule of adjusted business hours.
