Hello my Align Orthodontic Family,
My staff and I really miss getting to see our Orthodontic family. I hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy during this COVID-19 quarantine. Despite being unable to see our patients at the office, we would like to make sure your treatment is still moving forward in a positive direction.
I want to schedule a TeleOrtho appointment with each of our active patients (anyone who has braces, aligners or appliances, like expanders, nance, lower lingual holding arch ect.) Basically anyone who has started a treatment but not gotten to retainers. For those of you not in braces but have some concerns, please do the same. To start the TeleOrtho appointment we would like you to do the following:
Take 5 pictures (see attachment: Photos to take, and follow the link How to take photos)
Have clean teeth and all rubber bands, aligners, anything you wear in your mouth for the photos.
Please send these photos to : alignphotos5@gmail.com
Once we receive these photos we will contact you for the teleconference.

When taking the photos have our patient bite in their normal bite position. Take the first three photos (Front, Right Side, Left Side) biting all the way down in the normal position with rubber bands in place. The next two pictures are the upper and the lower dental arch. Do NOT wear rubber bands for these pictures.
If you have any questions or concerns, please include them in your email.
The TeleOrtho appointment should take around 5 to 10 minutes. Thank you so much.
My goal is to SEE how you are doing. If there is something that concerns me, we may need to schedule a time to be seen in the office, with proper precautions taken.
I appreciate your patience and understanding during this time while we are all enduring circumstances that none of us have ever encountered. We look forward the time that we open our doors and get back to normal life. In the meantime, KEEP ON SMILING!
