At Aligned Living, we are not your typical gym or fitness studio. We specialize in one-on-one and small group personal training to make sure each client gets the best results possible. While most pilates studios have classes of up to 10 people, our individualized philosophy has a max class size of 5, so we are able to focus on accommodating each member's specific needs and special conditions.
