Are you looking for a change in employment? We are a large, progressive, and professional window cleaning company that provides a friendly, safe culture for our employees. We have been beautifying homes and businesses since the year 2000. Our company is the premier window cleaning and power washing company in NJ.
We are looking for trustworthy, responsible, and dependable people to join our team. We are currently accepting applications and interviewing for the start of the season, which starts early April.
Our technicians and supervisors are some of the highest-paid window cleaners in the country. Technicians with zero experience start at $14 per hour after a two week training period. Then they move up in salary from there. Qualified technicians can become supervisors within a few months. Supervisors make an average of $20 to $30+ per hour, or $35K to $65K+ in 9 months (April-December). Some year-round work is also available.
All of our crews leave from our facility in Vernon, NJ, in company trucks, in company-provided uniforms, and with company provided tools. They travel all over the Tri-State area cleaning homes and businesses. Our crews work primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays.

Christopher Columbus set sail in August of 1492 with a crew of 90 men on the Nina, the Pinta, and the Santa Maria. It was 35 days before a sailor spotted land. Slavery was already widespread among the native Indians when Columbus arrived. Contrary to popular belief, Columbus insisted on the fair treatment of the Indians, a policy which gained him many enemies. He demanded that his men not simply take what they wanted by force, but to exchange gifts with the natives. He was impressed by their generosity, intelligence, and ingenuity, and recorded in his diary that "in the world, there are no better people or a better land. They love their neighbors as themselves."
