Lots of questions about the small business help in the recent legislation. This FAQ sheet should help. #coronavirus
After much thought and consideration about what is best for our customer base and for our staff, beginning tomorrow, April 1st, in an effort to help with the guidelines put out by the CDC, All Dunn Plumbing, Inc. will be providing emergency service call responses only. We will be taking a 'minimum hands on deck' approach and will be implementing social distancing practices to the best of our ability. Our plan at this time is to implement this modified service schedule over the next two weeks for now and then proceed as instructed and/or necessary after that. We appreciate your business and hope that you understand this decision was made in an effort to provide safety to you, our customer, and to our employees to the best of our ability. We DO intend to close out all projects that have already been bid on, accepted and/or started as needed over the course of this modified schedule.
Emergency issue calls include:
Gas leaks
Sewer leaks/clogs
Water leaks (to include water heater replacements due to leaks).
Non -emergency services that we will not be scheduling over the next two weeks, include but are not limited to:
Bids on any new jobs
New construction/remodel work
Once again, thank you for your business and for understanding that during this uncertain time in our country, we have to make the decisions that we feel are not only best for our customers, but for the well-being and safety of our staff. We are committed to doing our part to get thru this! Stay safe and well!
Our thoughts and prayers remain with each and everyone of you during this uncertain time!
