As of Thursday, April 2nd, All Feline Hospital will become curbside only to help keep our staff and our clients safe with the COVID-19 pandemic. We hope to reopen to our normal procedures on May 1st, but we will follow the CDC's guidelines in that respect. We ask for your patience as we transition to this new way of doing things for the next month! If you have a scheduled appointment or drop off, we will be calling you to discuss how to bring your cat in and how to pick your cat up. If you need to pick up medications, please just call us from your car in the parking lot and we will bring it out to you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us, email us, or message us through the Pet Desk app!
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of one of our own, our old granny and burger loving kitty, Hope. Hope has been with us for a few years after her owner had passed away and she was quite the tough cookie: she’d been living with kidney disease for years and even had a dental done at 17 years old, in which she came out of it like a champ. She ended up living to be a whopping 19 years old! We know she is in a better place now, enjoying all the endless burgers heaven has to offer and most importantly, reuniting with her mother, who’s been waiting for her for some time. Rest easy sweet angel. We will miss you 💕
Well, maybe she isn’t the greatest office assistant 😅😆 but we still love her!

So we have a feel good story for you guys this morning! Remember Agent J? For those of you who don’t, he was a kitten we adopted out after we took him in from someone else who took him out of a bad living situation. He was adopted out, but unfortunately had to return to us. We noticed he wasn’t a fan of other cats and suggested that he needed to be in an only cat home. After a few more months with us, a generous soul decided to welcome Agent J into their family, along with their other cat. Despite our concerns, Agent J (now named Ozzie) fell in love with his new cat housemate and they are doing wonderful together. It may have been a bumpy journey, but we are glad to see Ozzie so happy in his new home. 💕 Hooray! 🎉🥳
We have had a few questions as to whether or not cats or any other pets can get COVID-19. As of now, according to the World Health Organization there is no evidence that companion animals have any risk of contracting COVID-19 from people, or being able to transmit the virus to people. There have been reports of 2 dogs in the news that tested positive for COVID-19. Both of the owners in these cases were previously positive for COVID-19 and there is a very high likelihood that while the virus was found in nasal swabs that it was simply an exposure to the virus in the air - the virus has not been proven to be able to replicate in animals. Please contact us if you have any questions!
Due to the inclement weather today, All Feline is going to be closed today Monday, January 25th. I hope everyone stays safe.
All Feline Hospital has decided to remain open with limited staff due to weather. Please be safe if needing to come in. Please call ahead with any emergencies or medical cases if able if not already on the schedule.
