Trauma Informed Care and mindfulness are the core of my therapy practice. I use somatic methods and I am trained in EMDR. I utilize relaxation and visualization techniques to lift depression and reduce anxiety. I focus on cognitive processing to assist with decision making and an increased understanding of self. I specialize in trauma-informed care and grief work. Certified in trauma-focused cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, and other somatic methods.
