Tom Furch and Scott Nejeschleba (co-owners of All Phase Electric & Maintenance Inc.) decided to create this booming business when they were laid off from a company in the Binghamton area. They started off doing basic residential work such as fixing lights and installing fans. Their clients were very pleased with their work and started to recommend them to their friends and family. As they were hired to complete multiple tasks in a single day, they were able to hire a few employees to help them. Their business grew and became popular in the Binghamton area. Major businesses and corporations learned about their work and hired them to wire the lights and computer systems to make their businesses and corporations run more smoothly. Tom and Scott and their employees take pride in what they do and strive to please their clients.
