Next time you are in Poughkeepsie, be sure to stop at ALL SHOOK UP on Raymond Ave. It is my go-to for takeout for all of my fresh juices and wheat grass shots! Oh and that Elvis Smoothie?! Yumminess! They offer to-go cups or bring your own mason jars to fill up. Fabulous menu has wraps, smoothies, salads, sandwiches and amazing, fresh juices. All organic and fresh ingredients. Call ahead to order off the menu or Michelle can also custom make what you wish. So important to support local! 😊😍💕
