Alina Lane, DDS is an experienced dentist practicing at All Smiles Dentistry in New York. She provides a variety of services to patients, including veneers, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, dental cleanings, crowns, teeth whitening, Invisalign®, and emergency dentistry.
Dr. Lane graduated as Valedictorian of Stephen Decatur High School on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She then obtained a BA in Chemistry with a concentration in Biology at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. She knew from a young age that she wanted to become a dentist, so she returned to her home state to obtain her DDS from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.
During her time in dental school, Dr. Lane served in numerous organizations, including Psi Omega Dental Fraternity, the American Association of Women Dentists, the International Brain Bee, and Gamma Pi Delta, a Prosthodontic Honor Society. Having a strong social conscious and desire to contribute to her community, Dr. Lane also served for 2 years as Co-President of Healthy Smiles for Baltimore Kids, an organization that provides dental and health education to 2nd-5th-grade students in underserved Baltimore schools.
Dr. Lane graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School in 2012 with the Outstanding Dean's Award for community service. Because of her interest in dental implantology and clinical skills, she was selected to complete a year-long clerkship in Implantology at the University of Maryland, where she focused on the advanced restoration of dental implants.
Dr. Lane continued her advanced education by completing a General Practice Residency at Woodhull Medical Center, an affiliate of the NYU School of Medicine. In addition to treating medically compromised patients with complex treatment plans, she trained with cutting-edge technology to provide her patients with exceptional comprehensive dental care. She was selected from 22 residents to receive the prestigious Resident of the Year award.
