3. You are family of any of the current staff at APEX DENTAL/ALL SMILES MUNSTER
4. You have underlying health conditions that can decrease the chance of us being able to provide any dental services
7. You refuse to allow us to post on our social media and other platforms our progress with treatment thus far which may include pictures/x-rays/supporting material
