Not every inspector is equal. This was written up as replace line set insulation nothing about the damaged coil fins. But hey 33 Page checklist with no pictures I guess you get what you pay for..
Some general symptoms that you may have a radon issue in your house in might want to get it tested.
Persistent cough
Hoarseness
Wheezing
Shortness of breath
Coughing up blood
Chest pain
Frequent infections like bronchitis and pneumonia
Loss of appetite
Weight loss
Fatigue
