Hello Friends and Neighbors, After a 2-year reprieve from major weather, we may experience some effects from Hurricane Laura. While we are not expecting flooding or the destruction that Harvey left, there could be damage caused by high winds. Please take precautions to protect your family and pets. If you have valuable and/or sentimental items in your storage unit, including vehicles stored out in the open, you may want to consider taking them home temporarily. Our family will be boarding up and moving inland until the threat passes. The office will be closed until further notice starting on Wednesday, August 26th. Gate access will remain the same as usual (6:00 AM - 10:00 PM Central every day). Remember that lightning can affect operation, so, if desired, be sure to retrieve any items before the bad weather hits. We pray that Laura takes a turn away from us but would rather be prepared in case she does not. For emergencies, you can always reach out to me through my cell number. Be safe y’all!!
