Welcome Miss Abby! Miss Abby is a recent graduate of Temple University with a B.A. in Musical Theatre. Originally from the Lehigh Valley, she grew up dancing at various local dance studios. She has training in Ballet, Jazz (classic/commercial), Tap (rhythm/theatre) , Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip-hop, and Theatre (Fosse). Additionally, she performs professionally throughout the greater Philadelphia area. Credits: Pines Dinner Theatre, 11th Hour Theatre Co. Ocean City Theatre Co. Along with dance, Abby teaches group fitness classes. She is a certified Fitness Instructor through American Council on Exercise and a certified 305 Fitness Instructor. She has choreographed for Temple Tappers, Broadway on Broad, Star of the Day Event Productions, Salisbury High School and Torchlight Players. Miss Abby is thrilled to be a part of the Allegro Dance Studio community and looks forward to sharing her love for dance with her students!

305 Fitness classes are 45 minute, easy to follow, non-stop dance cardio parties featuring conditioning exercises. Halfway through each class, students will be led through a sculpting section, followed by a 5 minute "sprint" of interval training. The class ends with more dancing, a cool down, and a stretch. The goal of 305 is to empower people to love, express themselves and build a better world through dance. Everybody is a somebody and all bodies deserve to move, have fun and release!
