Mark is an attentive listener and addresses all of my concerns. All work was spelled out in the contract and all work was done above and beyond my expectations. As a matter of fact, Mark and his crew show much pride in their craftsmanship that when an issue arose that was not discovered until after the deck replacement was started, he made the correction needed for my family’s own safety now and for years to come, and he did so at no additional cost because he stated: "it was the right thing to do".
