The Allenway building is located two blocks from the Pennsylvania State University campus. The building features private entry code access, 24 hour maintenance service, and an onsite management company. Any requests and services performed such as lock outs, clogged toilets, garbage disposal repairs etc. will be charged to you at a minimum of $35.00/hour.
