If this belongs to your little please email the practice manager at LMayer@theallergydoc.com and we will put this to the side for your to pick up at your next visit or we can coordinate getting the item to you if you will not be in office in the near future.

You may have noticed that we have resumed using our automated appointment confirmation process. These messages will come via text or auto call depending on the method you opted for as your preferred method of communication. Please be kind and respond to these messages as you receive them as it allows us to properly staff and prepare for your visits. If you do not auto confirm a member of patient engagement team will reach out to you by phone to confirm your appointment. If we are not able to make contact with you to confirm rescheduling may be necessary.
Due to social distancing the number of available appointments has decreased. If you do not plan to make your appointment please let us know so we can offer the time slot to individuals on our wait list.

Please take a moment to schedule your back to school appointments with Dr Mayer. Due to social distancing and reduced office capacity availability is limited and the schedule is quickly filling up. Please remember that our office is not able to complete any forms if the patient has not been seen in office in the last 12 months.
If you have been seen you can submit any school/camp forms you need completed to us via email as PDFS at:
