Practicing self care and managing anxiety is always important. During these uncertain times, we may find ourselves more stressed and anxious than ever. It's okay to be worried. But we still have to remember to pause, take a breath, and understand that social distancing is the best thing we can do right now. All of the ideas in this article are excellent ways to practice self care. The one that should be stressed the most is limiting your time online. This goes for watching the news too. It is easy to become immersed or engrossed with all of the news & articles related to the coronavirus and COVID-19. It's important to stay informed, but limit the time you spend on it, and try to stick to articles from the CDC and the WHO. Pause. Breathe. Take care of yourself.
