Allies for Health + Wellbeing continues to be the oldest and largest AIDS service organization in Southwestern Pennsylvania, now adding that we offer the most comprehensive, integrated medical care at one location, available to all of our clients that we serve in Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Cambria, Fayette, Greene, Indiana, Somerset, Washington, and Westmoreland counties. Our updated services now include a medical clinic, behavioral health services, PrEP services, medical case management, HIV, hepatitis and STI testing and counseling, a food pantry, transportation, and emergency financial assistance, housing, and prevention and educational outreach.

Our Rebel Revel online show begins at 8 p.m. EST, Friday, Sept. 25! Hosts Natalie Bencivenga, Marti G. Cummings, and Miracle Jones will guide and entertain viewers throughout the evening. Twiggy Pucci Garçon is an NYC-based ballroom performer and community health advocate and organizer at at FACES NY Inc., a minority-run HIV / AIDS nonprofit in Harlem. He is also a consultant for the television series "Pose" and founder of the kiki scene’s Opulent Haus of PUCCI. Twiggy used his expertise in HIV and STI prevention to create community-level intervention for the house and ball community. He has been featured nationwide in media such as Paper magazine, New York magazine, The Huffington Post, and The Advocate.

She continues to share her story nationwide and internationally and says, "HIV is not a death sentence, but it's a life sentence ... you'll be taking pills forever, going to the doctor and fighting for insurance forever."

AIDS activist Reggie Williams was instrumental in the founding of the National Association of Black and White Men Together and the National Task Force on AIDS Prevention. In 1985, he began working to address the AIDS epidemic among gay Black men and other people of color in San Francisco. He was diagnosed with HIV at the age of 35 and died of AIDS on Feb. 7, 1999. February 7 is now marked as National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day.

A vocal activist for the LGBT+ community, Ken Williams didn't intend on becoming a voice for those living with HIV. But his 2010 HIV diagnosis changed the course of his life and his work. Williams is the talent behind the award-winning Ken Like Barbie video blog and has collaborated on projects with the CDC, HIV.gov and amfAR. He hopes that sharing his experiences helps reduce HIV stigma, particularly in the Black LGBT+ community.
