As daily routines change to help slow the spread of COVID-19, my agency is available via phone and email. You can also manage your policy via the Allstate app.
OFFICE HOURS
The Wilson County Health Department announced Sunday the first confirmed case of a Wilson County resident testing positive for COVID-19. In an effort to minimize the risk of COVID-19 within our community, the office is closed. However, customer service is still available BY PHONE during regular business hours. Call us at 252 237 1221.
To pay by check or money order please do the following:
1. Make sure your name & policy number is on the check or money order. (If you don't have your policy #, call 252 237 1221 to get it)
2. Place it in an envelope from our mailbox & slide under our door.
It is our desire to provide excellent customer service AND be mindful of the overall safety of our citizens. Remember, we are in the office and still able to provide the service you need. Just give us a call at 252 237 1221.

We will be collecting items for the whole family from December 2nd to December 20th and delivering them in person to the men's and women's homeless shelters right here in Wilson!
