RE-OPENING Tuesday May 26th!
We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the past few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: Our commitment to your safety along with that of our team.
Infection control has always been a top priority for our practice, as you may have seen during your visits to our office. As healthcare providers, we pride ourselves in always going above and beyond in our protocols to ensure safety for all. We have been back at the office enhancing our systems based on the current recommendations of the Department of Public Health, CDC, ADA and OSHA.
At your next appointment you will notice the following changes to help protect our patients and staff:
-Pre-appointment COVID wellness screening
-Curbside check in: A Modified check in to support social distancing- text us when you arrive and we will tell you when we are ready for you! No one will be waiting in the waiting room at this time.
-We no longer offer magazines, coffee or refreshments at this time
-Temperature check of all patients and staff
-Hydrogen peroxide pre-treatment rinse
-Extra personal protective equipment (PPE)
Appointment times will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. Please come to your appointment alone unless you need a caregiver. For those patients who need a guardian or caretaker, we ask that you please limit this to one person.
ALL PATIENTS AND VISITORS will be REQUIRED to wear a mask when entering the office and use sanitizer upon entering.
