Dear Valued Guests,
I wanted to reach out to give some feedback on the current COVID-19 situation. Let me be clear that the Alpine Inn’s highest priority is the health and safety of our guests and team members. Internally, we are implementing recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. Department of State, and the World Health Organization (WHO) to reduce the risk to our community.
While acknowledging the increased public concern, The Alpine Inn will continue to operate normally to support our guests throughout this state of emergency. Additionally, we are closely monitoring the developments over the past several weeks related to COVID-19 and its impact on our community. As typical in the current flu season, our staff is taking extra precautions to mitigate the spread of germs within our property. We are routinely disinfecting common areas as well as room door handles and frequent touch points within our guest rooms.
Here are some tips for you to do your part in slowing down the spread of this virus;
• Wash your hands with soap regularly for at least 20 seconds.
• Try to avoid unnecessary contact with the public.
• If you feel sick, please do not come to the lobby. Call the front desk and we will do our best to fulfill your requests.
Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by this ongoing situation. We will continue to vigilantly monitor this situation to ensure a healthy stay at our hotel.

Thanks to all that came out last night to help us cheer on the Rockford Rivets at the game last night! Lots of great chances to have fun and visit with our peers from Alpine Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Embassy Suites, Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, Radisson and Residence Inn.
